What is mediation?
Mediation is a voluntary process where parties are empowered to express their concerns and what they need to move forward. The mediator is a neutral third-party that walks the parties through the process using various techniques to reach mutually acceptable agreements. Mediation is a forward-looking process, in which the mediator helps parties to identify their personal goals and ways in which these goals can be met. In most cases of child support, custody and visitation, we facilitate a fully executable legal agreement between the parties in one session.
